Information retrieval is at the heart of PpcSoft iKnow - if you can't find the information you have stored, it's useless.
To ensure you'll find what you search for, iKnow has 3 different search methods:
| QuickSearch | - find a note |
| IncrementalSearch | - find text inside a note |
| Full-text Search | - find text across all notes |
The Full-text search uses weighting to try to find the most relevant notes for your search items (using collection frequency, term frequency, term quality etc).
The quality-rating (0-3 stars) is relative to the best search, and the first search term is the most important.
