Usability, Simplicity, Productivity

Usability, simplicity, productivity PpcSoft iKnow was designed with 3 core principles in mind:

- Usability
- Simplicity
- Productivity

Increased productivity is the ultimate goal for PpcSoft iKnow. To reach this goal we have focused a lot on simplicity and usability.

Usability means that PpcSoft iKnow is easy to learn, and efficient and satisfying to use.

To make sure that PpcSoft iKnow is both easy to use and efficient, we've tried hard to focus on simplicity. In order to reduce complexity, we've tried to make things as simple as possible while still maintaining usability and productivity.

Usability 2.0 or Usability 1.1 ?

We've tried hard to improve the usability wherever we could, and we have tried to combine desktop usability with web usability to get the best of both worlds.

At first glance, PpcSoft iKnow may look a lot like most other applications for Microsoft Windows - this is intentional, as familiarity is an important principle in user interface design. However, as you get more experience using PpcSoft iKnow, you'll start to notice all the little things that make PpcSoft iKnow easier to use and more efficient.

Over the next weeks and months we'll explain many of the small usability improvements we've made - here is a list of topics we'll cover:
