Go to location

You'll spend most of your time searching for notes and viewing/editing notes.

Because of this, we've assigned the Escape key as a shortcut to toggle between Quick Search and the Editor.

However, if you do touch-typing the Escape key is hard to reach, and we have therefore included an alternative shortcut key: Ctrl + L.

This is the 'Go to Location' shortcut you use in Internet Explorer/Firefox/Opera browser to activate the address bar (to enter a different URL).
Quicksearch

And, to make it even more useful, hitting Ctrl + L. while you're already in the Quick Search field will return to the editor.
