This note is already included in the default data when you start using PpcSoft iKnow, and contains many useful tips for using Google better. However, your needs are probably unique, and you should edit this note so that you only keep what you actually need.
Other web pages and desktop applications
You should create a separate note for each tool you use in your daily work, and include help, how-to, keyboard shortcuts and useful tips that helps you.
It doesn't matter if it's a web application or desktop application - create a note while you learn it, and add tips and tricks as you go along.
