Capture Images

You can capture screenshots by using the 'Capture/Screenshot' button or shortcut key Alt + S (Screenshot). PpcSoft iKnow will minimize for a second, and automatically 'snap' a screenshot of the current screen. It will then show the 'Paste Image' dialog where you can preview the image and crop it to remove unnecessary parts.

The screenshot is copied to the clipboard, so you may choose to close the 'Paste image' dialog, and then paste the image into a dedicated paint application instead for further editing. When you've completed your changes, you can paste it into PpcSoft iKnow if you wish.

Please note that if your last active application was an internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome or Opera) PpcSoft iKnow will recognize this and copy the URL and title of the web page (see Capture Web for more about this).
