Linux / OS X compatibility using Wine emulation

PpcSoft iKnow has been optimized for Wine.

"Wine lets you run Windows software on other operating systems. With Wine, you can install and run these applications just like you would in Windows. "

Most iKnow features work great under Linux (including sharing/syncing) so you may use your iKnow data both in Windows and Linux.

Using Wine under OS X (Mac) is more difficult, but it is usable once you get it installed (recommended for experienced users only).

Note that you need to use '/linux' or '/osx' as command line options (or rename the 'iknow.exe' to 'iknow_linux.exe' or 'iknow_osx.exe' in order to work under Wine).

Also note that you need an updated version of riched20.dll (Windows XP SP 2 or newer) to make it work (Use Wine in 'Vista' mode).
