Incremental search

This screenshot shows the incremental search activated (indicated with a gold frame to the upper right).

Incremental search will let you search the current note. Incremental means that the search is updated for each key you type.

As you can see from the screenshot, there are 9 matches (as indicated in the statusbar at the bottom), where each match is highlighted with a green color except the 'active' one which is custom highlighted.

You may jump between matches using arrow up/down, and select a match by pressing Enter. Pressing Escape will cancel the search and return the cursor to where it was before the search.

PpcSoft iKnow has two shortcuts to activate the incremental search:
- Ctrl + F(Find)
- Caps Lock

The caps lock key is usually not used by most people, but PpcSoft iKnow puts it to good use by activating/deactivating the incremental search with it. You may activate the search both from the editor and directly from the Quicksearch field.
