When you have identified all the tasks, you should start collecting information and filling the note with information.

You'll notice in the example that two lines are crossed out; this is quickly done using Ctrl + D (for 'Done'). If you don't select any text, the whole line will be automatically crossed out.

Also note that the main questions have been copied and converted to headings (using Ctrl + H) - the heading 'WHAT is Twitter' is colored green and in a slightly larger font to increase readability.
