Research using PpcSoft iKnow

Researching topics in 5 (not-so-easy) steps

In this example, you want to know what this new tool 'twitter' is about, and want to do some research.

This ABC-method can be used for researching all kinds of products, services, competitors, customers etc.

You press the F12 key to activate PpcSoft iKnow, and open your To-Do list, the '2Do' note.

For small problems you may use the '2Do' note directy to specify the details, but for larger tasks you should create a separate note (like in this example).

Of course, if you don't use PpcSoft iKnow for your to-do lists, you simply create the 'Twitter' note directly without entering a task in '2Do'.
